I absolutely dreaded the thought of going through the home selling process, but I thoroughly enjoyed working with Joe throughout. Joe kept me informed at all times, and I never doubted that he had my best interests at heart.
Joe Kaplan is an excellent realtor. He works whatever hours it takes to get the job done–rising early, staying up late, and even making phone calls while riding his bike. He patiently guided me through the complicated and deadline-driven process of buying a home, making sure I met my obligations in a timely fashion while minimizing my stress. When other players in the process slacked their pace, he tactfully prodded them back into action. When I encountered roadblocks, he calmly and resourcefully found a way around them. He has great relations with a legion of craftsmen who were able to assist me at a moment’s notice. Thus, even though the chimney had to be rebuilt before escrow could close, the work was completed on time. Throughout the process, he was always friendly and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him.

We worked with Joe on purchase of a home a number of years ago and most recently on the sale of our Davis home. Both experiences were very positive! Joe took the time to get to know us and our needs both as individuals and as a family. He made very helpful recommendations and suggestions, as well as shared thoughtful insight. All of this input assisted in guiding our decision making in a constructive and thoughtful way.
Joe is patient and persistent. He guided us through the entire sale process in detail including ensuring that we had access to resources (stager, contractor, and city inspectors) to have the process go as smoothly as possible from beginning to end. We had an offer within days from putting the home on the market. Once we had an offer, Joe guided us through the negotiation and close.
We have recommended Joe to a number of friends and colleagues and the feedback we get has been nothing but glowing.
