Davis Measure W passes with 75.5% voting YES

Woohoo!  It’s a resounding victory for our kids and our homes, as the quality of our kids’ education at DJUSD is the single most important factor in keeping our real estate values high.

October sales update for Davis

My earlier post reported that 17 homes had closed escrow in Davis as of Oct 30th.  The final tally is 19 total sales (same as 2007) with an average price of $519,295, (-12% from 2007).  Average days on the market (DOM) increased slightly to 66 from 55, while list price/sold price slipped from 97.51% to 96.48%. Average price per square foot fell from $323 to $304 when compared to Ocober 2007.
