Davis 2-yr prices slip only 9%, other Sac and Solano area cities hammered with +40% declines

Due to a surge in bank-owned properties flooding certain communities, average residential prices were walloped from July 07 to 08.  Davis has had relatively few foreclosures exerting downward pressure on the market compared to surrounding cities.
